Building an AI Brain for Your Practice

More patients. More time.

An AI brain does the hard, time-consuming marketing work for the practice, automatically. No designer, editor or agency needed for every job. Save time, spend less and put out more marketing with the tools you already have.

The problem it solves

Years of work nobody can find

Every practice has years of before and afters and hundreds of reviews. They're scattered across the website, review sites, phones and old hard drives. When the team needs them, nobody can find them.

The AI brain goes out and finds them. All of them. Automatically.

Then it does the hard, time-consuming work
New case in. Finished slides out.At every size social media needs.
Every review, working everywhereSocial media, reels, emails, even the email signature.
The right cases to the right patientA patient asks about facelift. The AI brain sends them facelift cases and facelift reviews.
Videos on the flyBuilt from the practice's before and afters, quoting its reviews.
Every patient who didn't bookA personal reply on day 1 with matching cases, then follow-up on day 7, 14 and 30.
Set once, used foreverYour PDFs, your documents, your voice, your rules.

Save time

Every photo and review found and filed automatically. Building 100 before and after cases in Photoshop or Canva is about 100 hours of staff work. The AI brain does it while the team sees patients.

Save money

Posts, reels, newsletters and patient guides made in-house, from the photography and reviews the practice already paid for.

Make money

More cases on social media, the best reviews in front of new patients, and every inquiry answered with matching cases and reviews.

Build your brain. Simplify all marketing, forever.
01
Build your AI brainOne folder on the practice's own computer. Any AI assistant reads it, so it never starts from scratch and never needs the practice explained again.
Every asset, in one place.
02
Every asset, in one placeBefore and after photos, reviews, logos and team photos, gathered automatically from the website, review sites, phones and old drives.
Before and afters in. Beautiful slides out. Mismatched original photos of a facelift case become finished slides at 16:9, 4:5 and 9:16.
03
Before and afters in. Beautiful slides out.Original photos in every size, light and crop go in. Branded, labeled slides at every size social media needs come out. Boring work, automated: done for you, every time, forever. About 100 hours of staff work for 100 cases.
Every review, from every site, in one file.
04
Every review, from every site, in one fileThe AI brain finds every review on the web automatically and keeps the practice's most valuable asset in one file. Set up once, done for you forever. Reviews become review cards, a review video and social proof for every email, guide and presentation.

The session

What your members learn

Attendees see the AI brain at work, from a single case to a full newsletter, and leave with the steps to set it up the next week.

The AI brain is one folder on the practice's own computer. It holds every asset and everything the practice knows, and every AI tool the team uses starts from it, never from scratch. No coding. Nothing is sold from the front of the room.

Learning objectives
  1. Consolidate every before and after case, review, logo and photo from the website, review sites, staff phones and old drives into one AI brain.
  2. Use the AI brain to build before and after posts and reels for Instagram, TikTok and YouTube, a results PDF for each treatment and a consultation deck.
  3. Turn every review from Google, Yelp and other sites into review cards for the website and social media, and a review video.
  4. Answer every inquiry with a custom PDF of matching cases and reviews, and follow up at day 14, 30 and 60.
  5. Build newsletters, patient guides and print pieces in-house, from the practice's own cases and reviews.
